This template is to be used to split contributions made during the 2022 - 2023 financial year. Generally contributions can only be split after the balance date of the financial year in which the contributions were made.
If the contributions to be split are made in the current financial year, use the template “Member Exiting Contribution Split”.
This is a template document which will have to be modified for the particular requirements of each superannuation fund.
