This document set is suitable where the pension transfers to either an adult (typically, the spouse of the deceased member) or the child of the deceased member.

It confirms the transfer of the pension to the reversionary beneficiary, authorises the issue of a Pension Product Disclosure Statement, and deals with various administrative issues which arise on the transfer of the pension to the reversionary beneficiary.
