Many deeds (not SUPERCentral) may contain spelling or typographical errors.  These errors may be innocuous but in some instances they impact the validity or operation of the deed.  A deed of rectification corrects these errors in an existing deed.  We advise on the need for a deed of rectification and draft documents accordingly.
