These FAQ’S only relate to death benefit nominations in respect of self-managed superannuation funds (“SMSFs”)

This fixed price template revokes all previous SMSF Death Benefit Nominations (if any) and directs the trustee of the Superannuation Fund to allocate any amount payable from the Superannuation Fund to the Member’s spouse.
