Unallocated Contributions Account-Transfer from UCA-crediting to member July 2024

1. This resolution may be used to transfer all or part of a contribution which has previously been allocated in June 2024 to the unallocated contributions account to the relevant member.

2. Generally, contributions must be allocated to the relevant member within 28 days of the end of the month in which the contribution was received. This is the mandatory allocation date of the contribution. For example, contributions received in June 2024 must be allocated by 28 July 2024 (refer SIS Reg 7.08(2)).

3. This resolution can be used by both corporate and by individual trustees.

4. All trustees/directors must sign the resolution.

5. The resolution must be dated.

6. This resolution does not authorise the establishment of an unallocated contributions account the resolution has been prepared on the basis that the account has already been established.

7. This resolution authorises the transfer of a contribution (or portion of a contribution) from the unallocated contributions account to the member contribution account of the relevant member.

8. Variables and alternate texts are indicated in red.

9. This is a template document. It will have to be modified for the particular requirements of each superannuation fund.

10. This document is suitable for superannuation funds which have adopted the SUPERCentral Governing Rules and the Townsends Business & Corporate Lawyers Governing Rules as the Governing Rules for the superannuation fund.

11. For superannuation funds governed by non-SUPERCentral or non-Townsends Business & Corporate Lawyers governing rules, please review the applicable trust deed and governing rules to determine if the template is suitable for the Superannuation Fund.
