Bank SMSF compliance report
When a Trustee borrows from a bank they must be sure that the documents they are asked to sign for the loan are compliant with superannuation law. Review of up to six documents and assistance with 'lawyers opinion' or solicitors certificate.

Property transfers
Once there has been a change in the trustee/s of an SMSF the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) requires all fund assets to be held in the name of the new trustee, including all individual trustees.
