Confidentiality agreement (disclosure)

This is a fixed price service including legal advice and tailoring (if required)

This standard type of Confidential Disclosure Agreement contains all the necessary terms to protect the discloser.  It is considered to be 'one way' because the discloser reveals confidential matters and only the recipient is giving the promise of confidentiality.

Normally this would be used in situations where it would be unlikely that the recipient would be revealing anything confidential to the discloser.
