SUPERCentral Governing Rules - Version 10/15 now registered in QLD

The current version of the SUPERCentral Governing Rules – Version 10/15 – which version applies on and from 30 October 2015, has now been registered in Queensland as a standard terms document.  

The standard terms document number is No. 716879805.

Queensland, unlike other jurisdictions, permits land to be recorded as being held in a representative capacity.  Consequently, if B & B Pty Ltd is the trustee of a self managed superannuation fund any land held as a fund asset could be registered in the name of “B & B Pty Ltd as trustee”.  

Registering Version 10/15 of the SUPERCentral Governing Rules as a standard terms document is a pre-condition for registering Queensland land in a manner which shows the land as being held in a representative capacity.
