SUPERCentral Governing Rules Version 05/15 Now Registered as

The current version of the SUPERCentral Governing Rules - Version 05/15 which applies on and from 20 May 2015 - has now been registered under the Queensland Land Title Act.  

This registration will assist trustees of superannuation funds which currently use Version 05/15 as their Governing Rules if they wish to record their ownership of Queensland real estate with the qualification "as trustee".

Registration was effected on 2 June 2015 and the relevant registration number is 716528139.
