Super Contributions in 2007/08 estimated to be 25% of Wages

Recently released APRA/ATO statistics suggest that in 2007/08 super contributions equalled 25% of total salary and wages.  The figure for 2006/07 was even higher but not strictly comparable given the one off incentive to make substantial non-concessional contributions before the new contribution caps applied.
