SMSF Annual Return for 2007/87 and later financial years

SMSFs will have to lodge only one return for 2007/08 and subsequent financial year.  This return – the SMSF Annual Return – replaces the fund income tax/regulatory return and the member contributions statement.

The new SMSF Annual Return covers the tax, SIS compliance and contribution reporting obligations of the SMSF.
