Queensland Registration of the Current Version of the SUPERCentral Governing Rules

The Current Version of the SUPERCentral Governing Rules "Version 3/13" has now been registered under the Land Title Act 1994 as a "Standard Terms Document" by the Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Queensland.

The Standard Terms Document reference number is 714991474.

In Queensland, unlike other jurisdictions, it is possible to have land registered as being owned by a person “as trustee” or a group of persons “as trustees”.   Registering the SUPERCentral Governing Rules Version 3/13 as a standard terms document will assist in this process (but not by itself effect registration of title “as trustee”).

While registration of Queensland property “as trustee” is possible, it is not mandatory.
