NEW - SUPERCentral Compliance Certificate

SUPERCentral has developed a complimentary Compliance Certificate to assist auditors who are auditing SMSFs which use the SUPERCentral Governing Rules.

The Certificate assists the auditor to comply with their obligation to provide an auditor’s report which, under the heading ‘Part B: Compliance’, requires the auditor to express an opinion on compliance with sections and regulations of the SIS Act and Regulations specified in the approved form.

Schedule 1 of the Certificate relates to the Part B: Compliance Report of the ATO’s pro forma  Self Managed Superannuation Fund’s Independent Auditor’s Report (NAT 11466).

Schedule 2 of the Certificate mirrors Appendix 4 Self Managed Superannuation Fund Trust Deed Audit Planning Checklist to Guidance Statement GS 009 “Auditing Self Managed Superannuation Funds” issued by the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board.  As such it provides specific reference and confirmation of the matters under audit in that Checklist.

The Certificate is free of charge to users of SUPERCentral in the generic format.  A specific and signed Certificate identified by reference to a named fund can also be provided upon request for a small charge ($35.00 GST inclusive)
