The Federal Government will try to walk the fine line of balancing budgetary responsibility with fiscal
stimulus. The emphasis will no doubt be on ways to increase the tax grab while appearing not to do so.

  • Will there be changes to the pension rules?
  • Changes to imputation credits during pension phase?
  • New rules about trustee education?
  • New licensing requirements for SMSF trustees or advisers?
  • Changes to transition-to-retirement pensions?
