21 August 2010 is Update-day Not Gillard-Day: Not Abbott-Day

21 August 2010 is important because the new version of the SUPERCentral Governing Rules will apply on and from that date.  The new version is called “Version 08/10” and replaces the current version “Version 12/09”.
